I had COVID, and it affected my runs and heart rate in Feb 2022.
He shared his experience with COVID-19 and discussed modifications to return to running safely after COVID safely.
By April 2022, I got second place in the race I was training for.
His experience and encouragement helped me overcome my fear I would not be able to run like I did before COVID.

I had an ultra training program from a friend; however, I was dealing with knee pain. I contacted Coach Mario for a Running Assessment, and he reviewed it.
He found that the training needed to be completed for my goal of running a 50K trail race. He listened to my goals and created a training specific to it.
It included agility drills, diet assessments, fueling strategies, and exercises to address my knee pain.
Best of all, he created a Personal Training App specifically for me with demonstrations and explanations of the workouts.

He did a running form analysis and created a custom program for me.
Not only did my pain go away, but I was able to PR in my 5K run within 6 weeks and dropped my min/mile pace by 1:13 to finish my 5K almost 4 minutes faster.
Since then, I have been running with no pain, and now I am doing trail races and full marathons.

A Running Form Specialist Coach focuses on the body's movement during running. It is different from other running coaches in several ways.
It focuses on finding weaknesses in the running form that lead to injury and hinder the runner's economy, making a runner slow.
Running form Specialist Coaching is versatile in that it can be used in your running and help you with your race, daily activity, and other sports.
