After the 6-week of training for the 5K, you have an additional 2 weeks to run your virtual 5K.
You can submit up to 2 recorded official final 5K time that was captured on your Smart Watch, Strava, Garmin, or an official 5K you ran within the period of the competition.

I had an ultra training program from a friend; however, I was dealing with knee pain. I contacted Coach Mario for a Running Assessment, and he reviewed it.
He found that the training needed to be adjusted for my goal of running a 50K trail race. He listened to my goals and created a training specific to it.
It included agility drills, diet assessments, fueling strategies, and exercises to address my knee pain.
